GPSR

First things first. For our worried customers in the EU: We should be mostly GPSR compliant. We say "mostly" because regulations are always open to interpretation, just like how you'll get a different answer depending on who you speak to at the tax office. In fact, as the regulation states that products that were already being sold before GPSR came into force are okay, everything we sell is fine until we introduce new items.

However, this is like going through immigration counter at the airport - even though all our papers are in order, we are at the officials' mercy, and they can do whatever they want to delay our journey. And so, for products that don't have reams of information, we have decided to limit their sale to the EU, at least for now until the situation becomes clearer. This includes garment vinyl, foams, and a few other small things. Some of these will become available again once we've ironed out a few wrinkles!

2024

It's customary to look back on the previous year and we used to do it on social media, but this time we will be more brief. 2024 had been quite a year, the main event being that in July/August we moved everything from our small "auxillary" warehouse into a bigger unit that's much closer to our main warehouse.

It wasn't so much blood, sweat and tears as it was simply sweat, sweat and sweat, as it was the middle of summer. But that's when the unit became available and we leapt at it.

Now we have more space for more wigs! The seamless wefts were the first new introduction. We will be receiving 2 new standard wig styles in the Q1 of 2025 as well.

With all that extra space, we plan to expand our wig range further, though these things take time and money, and need to be done in small steps. Last thing we want is to have invested a lot into many new styles and then having to shut because of another global pandemic or another ship blocks the Suez Canal or the UK Brexits again (?) or another war causes freight issues or another set of regulation comes in... we're very grateful to have survived so much, so far, and it's taught us to be very cautious with expansion.

And other bits

We've already mentioned 2 new wig standard wig styles. On top of that we will also be bringing in new character wigs inspired Witch Hat Atelier, Arcane, Frieren, Jujutsu Kaisen, Demon Slayer, and Delicious in Dungeon! These will also be introduced in stages.
