Delivery
Items are typically sent within 2 work days after the order is placed.
UK Delivery Service
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 typically delivers in 1-3 work days.
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 typically delivers in 3-5 work days.
- Service available across all of the UK.
- Full tracking available.
- Orders sent to Scottish Highlands and Islands, Sark & Herm, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Guernsey, Jersey and Northern Ireland may take longer to arrive.
- Subject to our 3 postings a week schedule and so may not arrive the day after your order. You can see estimated delivery date at checkout.
- Delivers on the next work day by 1pm after posting. (Monday to Friday, excludes holidays.)
- If posted on a Friday, delivers by next day (Saturday) by end of day. (Excludes holidays.)
- Service available across all of the UK.

- Delivers on the next work day by 9am after posting. (Monday to Friday, excludes holidays.)
- This option does not appear if the shopping basket exceeds 2kg weight limit. It also cannot contain EVA200 or Cosfoam due to size.
- Service available most of the UK, excluding some postcodes where delivery is by 10am not 9am. Some postcodes cannot use this service at all. For a list of affected postcodes please see Royal Mail website.

- Delivers the next work day after posting for most locations.
- Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isles, Northern Island and London congestion zone are subject to zonal surcharge. These locations may take longer than 1 work day to deliver.
- Parcelforce for Isle of Man is a 2-day service.
- UK VAT is not charged on orders to Guernsey and Jersey. However import VAT and duty may apply, please check your local import regulations.
- Parcelforce express24 is not available for these destination, their European service has to be used instead so your package may not arrive on the next work day.
International Delivery Service
- Packages are sent using a tracked delivery service. Delivery price is dependant on destination, order weight and if the order contains oversized items, this can be reviewed at the checkout before payment.
- In some rare cases where tracked service is not available, we use a "signature on delivery" service.
- Most national postal services have a 2kg parcel limit so heavier parcels may see a big jump in shipping price. If this happens you may wish to try splitting your order into 2 smaller orders instead.
- Cosfoam and EVA200 are oversized items and delivery availability depends on the country.
- Products containing liquids cannot be sent to Ireland.
- If you cannot checkout, your country may not have been added to our system yet or your order is outside of our weight settings. Please email us at enquiries@coscraft.co.uk and we will add the most up to date shipping prices for your location.
- For very large or bulky orders, our system may not calculate the correct delivery cost. If this happens we may contact you, cancel and refund the order and provide an accurate cost for you to consider.
EU and Norway: we are IOSS and VOEC registered. For orders to countries in the European Union and Norway, the applicable VAT rate will be charged at checkout. Then when the package arrives, the customer will not be required to pay VAT.
IOSS threshold is 150EUR. If your order is above this value (before tax), you will not be charged tax at checkout, however you will be required to pay tax (and duty and admin fee where applicable) to your customs office or post office.
VOEC threshold is NOK3000 for any single item in the package (not the total package value). If this is exceeded, you will not be charged tax at checkout, however you will be required to pay tax (and duty and admin fee where applicable) to your customs office or post office.
Other parts of the world: customs duties, taxes and other charges may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer.
Other Information
- For some countries (especially outside Europe), if your order is over 2kg our system cannot automatically calculate the best shipping price. Please note down your desired items (or take a screenshot) and email us at enquiries@coscraft.co.uk together with your delivery country and postcode, then we can give you shipping quotes.
- Please use the tracking reference to track your delivery where available. Check your promotion/spam email folders in case the information has ended up there!
- Sometimes delivery may take longer because of customs procedures, postal strikes or other local issues. If your order does seem to be taking unusually long to arrive, let us know at enquiries@coscraft.co.uk and quote your order reference and we can try to investigate. But please note we don't hold special powers over the post office!
- Please make sure you provide the right shipping address. If a package is returned to Coscraft, we may charge the actual cost of delivery to re-send. If you cancel an order because the package was returned to Coscraft we may deduct the actual cost of delivery from any refund due.
