Return & Refund Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase, please talk to us by emailing enquiries@coscraft.co.uk and we can see what can be done to resolve the issue. Please include your order reference and photographs of the problem if you can, it will help speed things up.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Coscraft complies with the Consumer Contracts Regulations. From the day you receive your order, you have a cooling period of 14 days. If you decide to return the item(s) for a refund, you need to first inform us by emailing returns@coscraft.co.uk within 14 days. You will be provided with instruction on how to return the item(s). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns on gift cards, fabric, or sewing patterns that have been cut.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have for a refund, and make a separate purchase for the new item.

However, if you wish to exchange your order item for another item, please contact us at returns@coscraft.co.uk. We will provide instructions and post the new item after we have received the return item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
