Due to the burden of new EU regulations that require shops to provide vast amounts of information, unfortunately we cannot sell this product to countries in the European Union at the moment.
These foam sheets are less than perfect, hence the discount. These are "grade C" sheets which may have the following issues:
- discolouration/manufacturing marks that can be covered up with paint
- thickness variance
- small holes
- large area (at least 90%) still usable
Ultra thin foam. As the sheets are so thin, despite the density they are not suitable to be used on their own. They are however ideal for supporting thermoplastic without adding bulk, or for adding subtle raised details to foam or thermoplastic armour/prop.
The foam is made of cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) with an ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) additive. XLPE is firm, and EVA is resilient and recovers well after compression, so this foam is the best of both worlds! At a whopping 125kg/m3 it is also one of the densest foams you can find for crafting.
Properties:
- Density: 125kg/m3
- Size: 750 x 500 x 1mm. Due to the difficulties in producing such thin sheets, please expect +/-0.3mm variance
