Extravagant lined mermaid style costume gown from Disney’s film Cruella has side invisible zipper, ruched overlays and boned fitted body stitched to split flounce that reaches floor length. Tulle bodice yokes and flounce underlays peek through raw edged slashes for an edgy look. Net petticoats add volume to skirt flounce for maximum drama.
