Skill Level: Intermediate

TOP, SKIRT, SASH, AND DETACHED SLEEVES.

A: Self-lined top has boning, purchased ribbon, piping, bias tape, and back zipper closure.
B: Cartridge pleated skirt has elastic waist, snap closures, and purchased ribbon and flowers. Skirt is cut from measurements provided, and may be worn over purchased tights and panties.
C: Sash has narrow hems and purchased flowers.
D: Detached sleeves have encased elastic, tulle interfacing, and purchased lace trim and piping.
