This is a sewing pattern, ie paper pattern and instructions for making the garment and/or accessory.

Hats with wired brims in two sizes and contrast under brims and linings are the perfect base for embellishments, creating a custom character accessory. Witch and wizard hats are wired at the back seam as well, allowing for unique moulding and shaping. Flat top crown hat is perfect for historical and theatre use. Single layer lace-trimmed veil slides easily over any hat for added drama. See envelope for more information.
